Patti Holmes, President of Holmes Training and Development, is a professional speaker, who delivers dynamic keynotes addresses at small and large conferences and conventions, serves up educational workshops and seminars, coaches individuals, management teams and CEO’s to lead effectively and efficiently and works closely for many months in a consultative manner with organizations improving their human resource and their capital growth.

She specializes in personal motivation, leadership, strategic planning, communication, teamwork and change. Every client is treated with personal dedication and highly customized expertise. Committed to knowing her audience, their business, their language and their needs, Patti is well known for making connections with her clients that result in impact that is significant and life changing.

Prior to founding her company in 1988, she served as both an administrator and faculty member at three colleges and universities. Most recently she served as an Associate Director in the Division of Student Affairs at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio from 1979-1988.
